Data Deletion Policy

At Buktor, we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. If you wish to delete your account and remove your data from our system, you can do so easily through the app. Below are the steps to delete your account:

1. Login to Buktor Pro App:

• Open the Buktor Pro app on your device.
• Log in with your credentials.

2. Navigate to Account Settings:

• Tap on the profile icon or go to the menu.
• Select "Account Settings" from the options.

3. Delete Your Account:

• In the "Account Settings" section, look for the "Delete Account" option.
• Tap on "Delete Account."
• You will be prompted to confirm your decision. Please read the instructions carefully.
• Confirm the deletion by tapping "Yes, Delete my Account."

• Data Removal: Once you confirm the deletion, all your personal data, including profile information, appointment history, and any other related data, will be permanently deleted from our servers.
• Account Deactivation: Your account will be deactivated immediately, and you will no longer be able to log in or access any features of the Buktor Pro app.
• Irreversible Action: Please note that this action is irreversible. Once your account is deleted, we cannot recover any of your data.
